During my phone consultation with Omero & Rachel - it was evident that their wedding was going to be one of the most unique that I'd ever had the pleasure of capturing. They wanted to use the celestial event of the 2017 Solar Eclipse as the backdrop for their wedding day. How amazing is this??

With four generations present, they knew that this was an opportunity of a lifetime.

Archbishop William A. Johnson, DD presided over the outdoor ceremony at the South Shore Pavilion in Milwaukee, WI. He allowed for a break, so that guests could use their provided Solar Eclipse glasses to check on the progress. We had some cloudy overcast, that came and went throughout the event, but all were able to see the miraculous sight at some point or another.

Rachel's gorgeous beaded dress came from Eva's Bridal, whom she raved about their customer service.

Following the ceremony, guests were directed up to the banquet hall, where they could mingle and enjoy cocktails before a mid-day meal was served.  Unique and super amazing solar eclipse cookies and multi flavored cupcakes were provided by Baked Custom Deserts, and the brides stunning bouquet was crafted by Flowers by Jan.
