One of my big planners, Kellyn contacted me a year before her big day, and also booked her engagement session, well in advance. When that happens - you just know that you're going to be blown away by the details and forethought of their wedding day...and I was.

We decided to do their engagement session on the grounds of the newly introduced Rustic Manor, 1848 in Hartland, WI. They hadn't yet renovated the barn, and there was still plenty of work to be done, but the idea was well in the works. This was a great opportunity for us to check out all the perfect spots for some great photos, as well as visualize how the wedding day would unfold.  They personalized their session, incorporating Kellyn's (new found) and Josh's (well established) love for bow hunting.

Come wedding day, the girls all arrived in their coordinating bridesmaid tank tops, beautified by Kirsten's Salon and ready to get dressed. Flowers were provided by Piggly Wiggly believe it or not - they did INCREDIBLE!

Food was delicious - of course due to the amazing work of Saz's Catering, and the party was alive all night from Pinnacle Sound & Entertainment.

Kellyn & Josh decided to wait until the ceremony before seeing each other, and the emotion was overwhelming for everyone. The ceremony was beautiful, and immediately following we went straight into family photos, and then bridal party photos. Golden hour lighting absolutely MADE these pictures.....our timeline was perfection. I couldn't have asked for a better day, or couple. The vibe all day and night was pure bliss.
